Continuous Learning and DevelopmentOur continuous learning program is conducted throughout the year, with updates being held on at least a fortnightly basis. This program involves the upgrading of technical skills in all areas effecting our profession, including taxation, statutory reporting, audit and superannuation and so on. In addition, “soft” skills such as client liaison, managing people and operating in a team environment are also covered. A commitment to continuous learning and development is recognised
